We are proud of our products and hope you like them. However, should you somehow not be satisfied, we're committed to finding a solution.
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Officially this is "no questions asked", but unofficially we would like to know the reason. It will help us improve. For example, if you say: "I thought it would .... but on closer inspection it doesn't, that is clearly something we can then point out better on the product page. But if you really don't want to tell, that's fine too.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Please fill out the product returns form before returning an item. After filling out the form, please return the products to our address under "contact us".
Formally you need at proof-of-purchase, but usually we can find you in our database without problems.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you of the refund status.
We will return the funds using the same payment method that was used to originally pay for the item. We will initiate the refund within at week at the longest, but usually within 24 hours. It may depend on the payment method and maybe your bank how soon after that you might be notified or able to see the money back in your account.
If something doesn't work when you get it, contact us to discuss the problem. We're often able to get it to work through email-support.
When we conclude there must be something wrong, we will ask you to return it, and we will arrange for a working product. In some cases we might speed things up a bit by sending the replacement before the original item has reached us. This does not mean that you don't have to return the original item. If the original item is not promptly returned we will invoice you for the extra product.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning an item. The law here in the Netherlands requires us to refund "one way shipping costs". We think this is a fair rule. In our case, this means that if you return an item you'll be left with paying for the return shipping costs, and we'll be left paying for the "shipping and handling" to you.
